We send you a DocuSign booking authorization — one document showing the full itinerary, supplier charges, our booking fee, supplier terms, and exactly how each charge will appear on your statement. You review everything and e-sign. Nothing is charged until we have your signed document.

Your supplier charge is issued and charged by the hotel, car rental company, or other supplier. The company that charges your card can vary by booking. Before any charge is processed, we send you a signed booking authorization via DocuSign detailing exactly which company will charge your card, the exact amount, and how the charge will appear on your statement. Primeaxis Operations charges only its own booking fee, shown separately as Primeaxis Operations.

Booking-fee refunds
Refunds on our booking fee are determined by our refund policy. If we're unable to confirm your booking or if you cancel within 24 hours of booking, the conditions described on the Refund & Cancellation Policy page apply.
